Organisation ID (OID) is a unique identifier assigned by the European Commission to each organisation. It is an 8-digit number starting with 'E' (e.g. E10209427). All organisations wishing to apply for Erasmus+ must have an OID. It can be obtained free of charge via the EU Portal.
EU OID PortalPartner Information Form (PIF) is a standard institution profile form used in Erasmus+ project partnerships. It includes the organisation's profile, experience, legal representative, and contact information. With ErasMatch, you can automatically generate your PIF.
Generate PIFIndividual learning mobility projects. Supports students, teachers, trainers, and youth workers to study or do internships abroad. Applied in school, VET, higher education, adult education, and youth sectors.
EC KA1 GuideInter-institutional cooperation projects. Aims to bring together partners from at least 3 different countries to develop innovative practices, curricula, and methodologies. Divided into small-scale (KA210) and large-scale (KA220) partnerships.
EC KA2 GuideProjects supporting the development of education and youth policies. European policy experimentation and youth dialogue projects fall under this heading.
